As the school year moves closer to an end, so do spring sports. For track and softball, districts were held Saturday, May 6th, 2023. Track districts took place at Southwest Baptist University. Field events begin at 9:00 in the morning, with running events at 9:30 in the morning. Zackary Roughton has moved to sections for the 110 and 300 meter hurdles. The boys 4×400 meter team also moved on, they were Zachary Roughton, Nick Meza, Kaleb Belcher, and Kendal King. Softball districts were held at Mount Vernon. The girls’ team will continue on to the championship round of districts. Golf districts begin Monday, May 8th. Golf competed at Republic, Missouri, at 9 in the morning.
