Diamond Schools Rock Out with Deputy Joe and the Kitty Cats.

Matthew Navarro, Executive Editor

With almost one quarter under its belt, Diamond Schools kicked off the morning of October 12 with the newest band in town. Deputy Joe and the Kitty Cats are a band made up of teachers and administrators at Diamond. And, of course, headliner Joe Childers, School Resource Officer.

The day started with the students of each grade competing against each other and being treated to fun and games by Mrs. Aimee Danner from Moving Mountains. Then Deputy Joe and the Kitty Cats took the stage. They rocked the house with “Beat it” and “Thriller” by Michael Jackson.

The pep rally will be featured in a segment on Good Morning Four States on KODE.
