Jon, junior inspects the $20 bill to see if he can tell which one is counterfeit.

On the road at 7:30, the Banking and Finances class, led by Mrs. Kailey Dallas, headed for Kansas City.  Also going along with the class was Anthony Ficken, High School Principal. Dallas had been teaching the class how banks work and the Federal Reserve Museum was the perfect field trip. Inside of the Museum, students were able to view and interact with some of the items on display. This included the Harry S. Truman coin collection, a gold bar, the cash vault, rare pieces from Negro League Baseball, and more. After viewing the intriguing museum, the faculty and students walked to the Crown Central. They were able to eat lunch and wander around before the haul back to Diamond.
