This year DECA took 13 students to compete at Districts. The competition took place at Missouri Southern on February 18th. Out of those students, Diamond managed to have 8 students place for state. Those students include..

• Monica Harter and Janalyn Kralicek ( Travel and Tourism Team Decision Making)
• Megan Giles (Automotive Sales Marketing)
• Ty Douglas (Start-up Business Plan)
• Zoey Rowe (Professional Selling)
• Trinity Bunn (Travel and Tourism)

The state trip is going to be held in Kansas City, and will last 3 days. They leave on Sunday morning on March 13th, and come back Tuesday evening of March 15th. They expect to have a great outcome at state so wish them luck as they go to compete.
