Question: What do you most expect out of this year’s cross country team?

Patterson: “I actually think we have quite a few good runners on the team. The boys are really starting to knock down their times, and I think the more we get out of them the better chance they have of getting a medal. I’m thinking there are probably four boys, at least, that have a really good shot at getting medals this year, and hopefully, the junior high kids do really good this year.”

Question: What are some qualities you look for in a team?

Patterson :”Students that want to be there and want to participate, have good, positive energy and help each other. They are just good kids all around.”

Question: If you could be any animal, what would you be?

Patterson:” Well, I love all animals, but my favorite isn’t actually in the animal field. I would be a butterfly because I want to fly, and I love butterflies!”
